Is your reason for referral because you want a mental health diagnosis?

NHS Hull Talking Therapies is unable to provide diagnosis.

For support with a diagnosis please contact your GP.

Are you expecting to be prescribed medication for your mental health or have your medication reviewed?

NHS Hull Talking Therapies cannot prescribe medication. If you need support with medication, please contact your GP.

We offer short-term treatment for depression and anxiety. Do you require talking therapy for one of the below?

  • Low mood or Depression
  • Stress
  • Sleep problems
  • Bereavement
  • Worry or Anxiety
  • Social anxiety
  • Agoraphobia
  • Panic attacks
  • Phobias
  • Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
  • Post Traumatic Stress Disorder
  • Body Dysmorphic Disorder
