What to expect at an assessment

  • The therapist will introduce themselves
  • The therapist will confirm your personal details and consent to sharing information
  • The therapist will ask questions to explore with you and help you to identify the reason that has brought you to let’s talk and subsequently the best treatment plan for your needs
  • After your assessment one of the Let's talk treatment providers will contact you within a couple of days and offer you an appointment.

Covid-19 pandemic

In response to the Covid-19 pandemic Let’s Talk are making the following temporary changes to the service;

• If you are new to the service and require an assessment we recommend you complete the online referral via the link on the website - https://www.letstalkhull.co.uk/pages/make-a-referral
• Group sessions are postponed or cancelled until further notice
• One to one appointments will be offered via telephone or virtually (depending on availability)
• Any short notice appointment changes will be sent via text message (please ensure you keep us updated with any changes to your contact information as soon as possible)
