Talk Plus Guided Self Help booklets are available to use either on your own or with the support of your practitioner.
Each booklet works through step by step how to implement the intervention and there are worksheets included to help maintain a record of activities and progress.

The site also provides comparative data about healthcare providers, to help people make informed choices about their healthcare and allows patients to provide online feedback on services.
EMPOWER is the name for the Expert Patient's Programme in Hull. It is a free self-management course for those who have a long term health condition and are over the age of 18. The course is delivered by volunteer tutors who're managing their own long term health conditions.

Mental health problems are common and anyone can be affected. If you feel that you need support with your mental health we are here to help.

Maintaining your mental health is important if you feel like you are starting to feel unwell again, it could benefit you to revisit the tools you learnt during your therapy or to seek further support.
In response to the Covid-19 pandemic Let’s Talk are making the following temporary changes to the service;
• If you are new to the service and require an assessment we recommend you complete the online referral via the link on the website - https://www.letstalkhull.co.uk/pages/make-a-referral
• Group sessions are postponed or cancelled until further notice
• One to one appointments will be offered via telephone or virtually (depending on availability)
• Any short notice appointment changes will be sent via text message (please ensure you keep us updated with any changes to your contact information as soon as possible)
