Mental health is just like our physical health – sometimes we have good days and sometimes we have bad days. If you feel like you are starting to get unwell again, it is better to seek help and get the support you need quickly.
In response to the Covid-19 pandemic Let’s Talk are making the following temporary changes to the service;
• If you are new to the service and require an assessment we recommend you complete the online referral via the link on the website - https://www.letstalkhull.co.uk/pages/make-a-referral
• Group sessions are postponed or cancelled until further notice
• One to one appointments will be offered via telephone or virtually (depending on availability)
• Any short notice appointment changes will be sent via text message (please ensure you keep us updated with any changes to your contact information as soon as possible)
